The YHZS series mobile concrete batching plant is the state of the art equipment independently created by our company after acquiring the foreign and domestic technologies and combining them with years' production experience of our own. It is an ideal mechanical device for road, bridge, dam, airport, and other mobile construction sites as well as building construction base.
The plant integrates all of its main functional parts onto a trailer. At the weigh hopper, the ingredients are collected and electronically weighed. Raised up by the lifter, the ingredients then are sent into the mixer for sufficient blending. Thanks to the trailer, the plant can be conveniently transferred to other job sites. It is easy to install and use.
The YHZS series concrete batching plant is able to achieve an even mixing in the minimum mixing time. Highly versatile, the plant can be used for various combining and blending applications, such as the dry, semi-dry, and plastic concrete as well as concrete in various other mixing ratios. For optimal mixing efficiency, the batcher is installed with various scrapers. The internal wall of the mixing bin is covered with wear-proof, interchangeable liner. All the mixing paddles are fixated to its specific locations. In order to optimize the material flow and reduce the wear of paddles surface, the scrapers, mixing paddles and axes are designed fluidly.
The batching plant is computer-controlled, allowing automatic or manual operation. Dynamic panel display enables the user to know the working conditions of all the machine parts. Production report data can be stored and printed.
Measuring and control elements are of well recognized brands. The imported industrial personal computer can achieve a sampling rate of more than 120 times per second. It also can automatically compensate for the measurement errors. All these parts ensure accurate measurement of aggregates, pulverized minerals, water, and admixtures.
High Operational Reliability
Thanks to the PLC system provides a solution for both automatic and manual control of the plant to perform material weighing, conveying, lifting, mixing, and discharging. An optional industrial computer control management system is also available.
Fast and Convenient Transfer
Main functional parts of the batching plant including the conveyor, mixer, and weighing system are integrated onto a trailer. Thanks to the trailer-mounted design, the plant can be disassembled, installed, and transferred to other job sites easily and with little effort.
Environmental Protection Performance
The batching, weighing, feeding, and mixing of pulverized minerals are done in hermetic condition. This ensures minimum dust, vibration, and noise.
